I generally have zero tolerance for spice. Non-existent spice threshold. However, bizarrely, I’m able to overcome this on select occasion when I feel like Sze Chuan (Si Chuan) food, Korean food or kimchee from the fridge with my meal.

Walking thorough Meidi-Ya, I was highly amused by the selection of kimchee they’ve got. A spread.

Much more than my local NTUC Fairprice, where they only have ONE type. My supermarket spoils me. At Meidi-Ya, they also had this same type, albeit in TWO different sizes. The baby size is so cute.
